Fall Dining

I finally had a chance to take some pictures of my fall decorations in the kitchen and dining room.  Oh, but first I have to show you my .99 cent rooster from Goodwill.

It's a lid, but there was no base, maybe that's why it was only .99 cents.  But, I just had to get it, Right? It's a rooster!!! I knew just where I was going to place him. In the ivy on top of my refrigerator.

I also found a Tuscan inspired Roo painting and had it framed the other day.  It reminded me of fall with the colors in it.

I think I'm through with fall decorating. I'll add some Thanksgiving things in November.  But here we don't have a very long fall season, maybe 8 or 9 weeks if we're lucky.

The paper towel holder came from Home Goods, the salt & pepper shaker are Drake Design and the utensil holder came from Home Goods too. I think it was meant to be a candle holder because there were three in different sizes. But I liked the way it looked. I just love when you can use something in a way other than what it was intended.

The cheese tray came from Hobby Lobby. The pig came from Ross. The birds are from First Monday Trade Days in Canton. Not sure where the pumpkin came from, I've had it for a long time. The light came from Hobby Lobby many years ago. And the photo was taken at a father daughter dance many years ago also although it remains one of my favorite, that's why I keep it out all the time.

A view of the dining room.  Too many I know.  I just couldn't decide on which one's to remove. So, I didn't. :)

  Another view point.

The black tray came from Hobby Lobby. The garlic holder was purchased at TJ Maxx a while back and the acorns I just got today from there. The pumpkin is from The Dollar Store and the lamp is from Ross. I see a pattern in the stores I shop at. LOL

A view out back. The pond must be spring fed because it has water in it still. I got these pumpkins from Tuesday Morning, the birds from an antique mall, and the metal plant from Goodwill.

I like the way the sun is coming in the window in this last photo.

Happy Fall-ing

Hugs,
Theresa
