Goodwill & Dollar Tree

I went shopping this past Thursday and found these great candle holders at Goodwill for 99 cents and when I turned them upside down and saw World Market and then $17.99, I knew they were coming home with me.
(you can enlarge the picture by clicking on it)

I sat them around with candles on them in a couple of places but, they just didn't look right any where.  So, I went shopping in my spare room above the garage that I keep all my things that I'm not using at the moment.  I saw two vases that I had gotten from Dollar Tree last December and had planned on doing another project with and never did.  Yep, I do that too. lol

Then out came the hot glue gun.  I had to put a big blob on the candle holder, let it cool down, then put another blob on before I could get it high enough so that the bottom of the vase would touch the glue.  I got out the level because everything has to be just so-so.

Then I added beans and candles.

I love, love, love the way they turned out :)  I sat them by the Roo on the table and they looked at home there.

I'm linking up with A Bowl Full Of Lemons -
